You will be responsible for supporting project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the smooth execution of various IT projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, testing, client-facing) to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Support in managing project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Help in identifying and escalating project issues and risks to the project manager.
- Contribute to client communication and relationship management by ensuring clear and consistent updates.
- Participate in design thinking workshops and contribute innovative solutions from a user experience perspective, leveraging your M.Des background.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support in resource allocation and tracking for project tasks.
