- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Collaborate with team leads to set daily/weekly/monthly dialer targets and strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the dialer system.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new dialer agents.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, agent productivity, and key metrics.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the dialer system.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging dialer technologies.
