Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling HDFC Bank's diverse range of banking products and services directly to potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to introduce HDFC Bank's products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis of prospective clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our banking products to diverse customer segments.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
