Immediate Hire: Director - Program Management (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director - Program Management to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for overseeing and executing key infrastructure projects within the urban transport sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background and program management skills to ensure successful project delivery from conception to completion. This position is best suited for individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience post-LLB.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple urban transport projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with DMRC's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct thorough legal and regulatory reviews for all project phases, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with internal departments, government agencies, and external consultants to facilitate project execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in program management within the organization.
