Immediate Hire: Distribution Supervisor (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to oversee and optimize our distribution operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our wellness products and services, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics partners. This role requires strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage a team and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day distribution activities, including order processing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Analyze distribution performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Train and supervise a team of distribution staff.

Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the distribution process.
