We are seeking a passionate and creative Drama / Theater Teacher with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an educator with a strong understanding of theatrical arts and the ability to inspire young minds. The position does not require a post-graduation degree, focusing instead on practical experience and pedagogical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging drama and theater curriculum for students of various age groups.
Plan and conduct interactive workshops, acting exercises, and improvisation sessions.
Guide students in understanding theatrical concepts, character development, and stagecraft.
Organize and direct school plays, performances, and other theatrical events.
Foster a supportive and creative learning environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate arts into the broader educational program.
