Immediate Hire: Dredge Master / Mate (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dredge Master / Mate to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-4 years of experience in relevant marine operations. This role requires a strong understanding of dredging operations, vessel management, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for the efficient and safe execution of dredging projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of dredging operations, ensuring project objectives are met.
2. Supervise the crew, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow onboard the dredge.
3. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
4. Monitor dredge performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain logs and records of operations, equipment status, and crew activities.
6. Coordinate with onshore management, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
7. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of dredging equipment.
