We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a 12th Pass individual looking to contribute to the online sales and operational efficiency of our Animation & VFX business. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth transactions, and enhancing the online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Process online orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
Monitor website performance and sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and payments.
Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
