Immediate Hire: Embedded Hardware Engineer (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embedded Hardware Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for the development and implementation of our cutting-edge gaming hardware. While the primary focus is on hardware, we are specifically looking for candidates with a BBA/BBM background who possess strong analytical, project management, and business acumen, enabling them to bridge the gap between technical specifications and business requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring our hardware solutions align with product roadmaps and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, product management, design) to define hardware requirements for new gaming products.

Assist in the design, development, and testing of embedded hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout oversight.

Manage hardware component selection, sourcing, and vendor relationships, considering cost, availability, and performance.

Develop and execute hardware test plans, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.

Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and timeline management from a hardware perspective.

Analyze market trends and competitor hardware to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Ensure hardware designs comply with relevant industry standards and certifications.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
