Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Employer / Employee Branding Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Com degree and possess a strong understanding of how to build and enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the Printing & Publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Create compelling content for various platforms (social media, career pages, internal communications) that showcases our company culture and employee value proposition.
• Manage and optimize our careers page and social media presence for recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Gather and analyze data on recruitment metrics and employer branding effectiveness, providing regular reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding.
