Immediate Hire: Endocrinologist (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Endocrinologist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role will involve managing the endocrine health of our employees, focusing on preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment of endocrine disorders, and contributing to overall employee well-being programs within the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and consultations for employees presenting with endocrine-related concerns.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and osteoporosis.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and hormone replacement therapy where indicated.
- Interpret and correlate laboratory results (e.g., hormone assays, glucose tolerance tests) and imaging studies (e.g., ultrasounds, MRI scans) to guide diagnosis and management.
- Provide patient education on disease management, treatment adherence, and preventive health strategies.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including general practitioners, surgeons, and specialists, to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in occupational health programs, focusing on the impact of workplace factors on endocrine health and vice versa.
