We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Engine Fitter / Welder with 1-2 years of experience to join our operational team in Chandigarh. While the primary role involves mechanical fitting and welding, we are looking for candidates with an M.Com degree who possess strong analytical and organizational skills, which are valuable for inventory management, cost tracking, and process documentation within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fitting operations on various engine components and machinery according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure proper assembly and maintenance of engines and related equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management of spare parts and welding materials, utilizing M.Com skills for record-keeping.
- Support in tracking operational costs and generating basic reports related to material usage and equipment maintenance.
