Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for overseeing and contributing to the technical aspects of our payment solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams and product stakeholders to translate design concepts into robust technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in supervising day-to-day engineering operations and workflows, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
* Collaborate with product designers and senior engineers to understand technical requirements and design specifications for new features and platform enhancements.
* Contribute to the technical design and architecture discussions, bringing a user-centric perspective from your M.Des background.
* Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers, focusing on best practices and maintainability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
* Document technical processes, system designs, and operational procedures.
* Participate in the planning and execution of testing strategies.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in FinTech and product design.
