Immediate Hire: Event Executive (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and a proven track record in managing and executing successful events. This role is crucial in supporting our company's presence at industry conferences, seminars, and internal gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and positive brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of various corporate events, including conferences, workshops, and client meetings.

Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, catering, and audiovisual requirements.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Develop event marketing materials and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.

Maintain event databases and records.
