Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exploration and Production Director with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our chemical exploration and production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of exploration strategies for new chemical products and processes.
Support the day-to-day operations of production facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and supply chain.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and quality testing.
Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to chemical production.
