Immediate Hire: Facility Manager (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: Pratham Education Foundation seeks a dedicated and organized Facility Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our facilities in Kolkata. This role is crucial in ensuring a conducive environment for our educational programs and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with 3-5 years of experience, holding an M.Com degree, and possessing strong financial acumen for managing facility budgets and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office premises, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including procurement of supplies, services, and equipment. Ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other facility-related services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage asset inventory and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of organizational resources.
• Support administrative functions related to office management and logistics.
• Handle minor IT support and coordination with IT vendors for repairs and upgrades.
