Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law Associate to join our legal team. This role is ideal for individuals with a recent Diploma and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the legal operations of a prominent building materials company. The Associate will support the legal department in various aspects of family law matters relevant to employee welfare and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior legal counsel in managing family law cases and related documentation.
Conduct legal research on family law statutes, precedents, and regulations.
Prepare and review legal documents such as affidavits, notices, and agreements.
Provide support in drafting and implementing employee welfare policies related to family matters.
Liaise with external legal counsels and government agencies as required.
Maintain accurate records and case files.
