Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Fashion Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sports apparel and have a keen eye for design trends, even without a formal graduation degree. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing innovative and functional sports fashion designs that align with our brand ethos and target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative sportswear and activewear collections for various sports categories.
- Develop design sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards based on market research, trend analysis, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with product development teams, merchandisers, and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and color palettes, considering performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Create detailed specifications for garment construction, fit, and finishing.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in sportswear design.
- Assist in fitting sessions and provide feedback for design modifications.
- Contribute to the overall brand aesthetic and product storytelling.
