Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our corporate hospitality services, ensuring seamless operations within the food and beverage sector of our employee welfare programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and communication skills to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our on-site food and beverage services, including canteen, pantry, and catering for internal events.

Manage vendor relationships for food suppliers and catering services, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to food safety, hygiene, and waste management in compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate with HR and administration departments to understand employee needs and feedback regarding food and beverage services.

Manage budgets for the food and beverage department, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Plan and execute hospitality arrangements for internal meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities.

Maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies and ensure timely procurement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among employees by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
