Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Executive with a B.Pharma degree and 3-4 years of experience to manage our front desk operations at our Vishakhapatnam facility. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with a unique blend of pharmaceutical knowledge that can be leveraged in understanding industry-specific documentation or visitor profiles if applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence (emails, faxes, mail), and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate with relevant staff.
- Handle visitor registration and security procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation for visiting guests or management.
- Maintain a database of client and visitor information.
- Utilize B.Pharma knowledge for understanding and handling any specific pharmaceutical-related inquiries or documentation, if required by the company's operations or visitors.
- Respond to general inquiries from the public and customers, directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front office.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
