We are seeking a creative and analytical Game Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, bringing a unique perspective on economic principles and user engagement to game development. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and refining engaging game mechanics and experiences that align with our educational publishing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design core game mechanics, rules, and systems, ensuring they are engaging, balanced, and aligned with educational objectives.
Develop detailed game design documents (GDDs) outlining gameplay, progression, narrative, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, developers, and subject matter experts, to translate design concepts into playable experiences.
Analyze player feedback and game data to iterate on designs and improve game balance and player satisfaction.
Apply understanding of economic principles and market dynamics (from M.Com background) to inform game economy design and monetization strategies where applicable.
Prototype and test game mechanics, providing clear feedback for refinement.
Stay updated with industry trends in game design, educational technology, and player engagement.
