Immediate Hire: Geotechnical Engineer (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Geotechnical Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD and 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our esteemed team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert geotechnical analysis, design, and oversight for a variety of real estate development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, ground improvement techniques, and seismic analysis, with a focus on practical application in the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations, including site characterization, soil sampling, and in-situ testing.
- Perform detailed analysis of soil behavior, bearing capacity, settlement, and slope stability.
- Design and specify appropriate foundation systems (shallow and deep foundations) considering project-specific requirements and seismic considerations.
- Develop ground improvement strategies and designs for challenging soil conditions common in India.
- Prepare clear and concise geotechnical reports, design recommendations, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Review and approve geotechnical designs and reports from third-party consultants.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering and relevant Indian codes and standards (e.g., IS codes).
- Provide on-site technical support during construction phases, addressing any geotechnical issues that may arise.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to geotechnical aspects of projects.
