We are seeking a diligent and experienced Harbour Master to oversee and manage all port operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our chemical logistics and supply chain in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise vessel traffic and ensure safe navigation within port limits, adhering to all maritime regulations.
• Coordinate the berthing and unberthing of vessels, including chemical tankers, ensuring efficient turnaround times.
• Develop and implement port security plans and emergency response procedures for chemical spills and other incidents.
• Manage port infrastructure, including jetties, terminals, and navigation aids, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, shipping agents, and terminal operators to ensure smooth port operations.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel movements, cargo operations, and any incidents.
• Ensure compliance with national and international maritime laws and environmental regulations, particularly concerning chemical handling.
• Assist in the development and execution of port contingency plans for emergencies.
