We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardware Installation & Maintenance professional to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware systems within an industrial or manufacturing setting. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and operational hardware, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our furniture manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and deploy various hardware components and systems according to technical specifications and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades on all hardware to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, malfunctions, and performance problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical hardware infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of all hardware installations, maintenance activities, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hardware requirements and provide technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during all hardware operations.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
