Immediate Hire: Hardware Reliability Engineer (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
EduRaft is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Reliability Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree (M.Tech) to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. You will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness, reliability, and longevity of our educational hardware solutions, contributing directly to the seamless delivery of our EdTech platform. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware systems, failure analysis, and proactive measures to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement hardware reliability testing strategies and procedures.

Conduct accelerated life testing (ALT), environmental testing, and stress testing on hardware components and systems.

Analyze failure data, identify root causes of hardware failures, and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and maintain reliability prediction models and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure reliability is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Evaluate supplier reliability data and qualification processes.

Contribute to the development of hardware specifications and design for reliability (DfR) guidelines.

Prepare comprehensive reports on reliability test results, failure analysis, and recommendations.
