Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Gurgaon, focusing on Hazard, Fire, and Injury prevention and management within our Business Process Management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk assessment, safety protocols, and emergency response, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and injury-causing factors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and training programs related to hazard, fire, and injury prevention.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage emergency response plans, including fire evacuation drills and first aid protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in occupational health and safety.
