• Onboard new customers, providing training and resources to ensure successful product adoption and utilization.
• Proactively identify potential customer issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage with at-risk accounts.
