Immediate Hire: Head - Customer Success (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and design-thinking individual to join our team as Head - Customer Success. This role is crucial in shaping the post-sale experience for our clients in the power sector, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving long-term value. You will leverage your B.Des background to understand user needs and translate them into effective customer success strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customer success strategies tailored to the power industry clients, focusing on user onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs and challenges.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify pain points in the customer journey and propose innovative solutions.

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product improvement based on customer feedback.

Monitor customer health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and proactively implement retention strategies.

Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other channels to inform product development and service enhancements.

Create and deliver training materials and documentation to empower customers to maximize the value of our offerings.

Contribute to the development of best practices for customer success within the organization.
