Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Head - Operations. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a leading pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will support the senior operations team in managing and optimizing various operational processes within our manufacturing facility in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operational activities of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., production, quality control, supply chain) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help in maintaining operational records and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gain exposure to supply chain management and inventory control.
- Learn about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry regulations.
