Immediate Hire: Head - Tech Support (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Head - Tech Support to lead our technical support operations in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless IT operations and providing timely technical assistance to our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the tech support department.
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior management or external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures.
- Train junior support staff on technical issues and customer service protocols.
- Ensure data backup and security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
