Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High Performance Analyst with a B.Des degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinical research operations through data analysis and process optimization. You will be instrumental in identifying performance trends, developing insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance metrics across various clinical trial phases to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project management, operations, data management) to understand their challenges and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Conduct user experience (UX) research and analysis to optimize internal workflows and client-facing tools.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, highlighting findings, recommendations, and progress.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in clinical research and performance analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical tasks.
