Immediate Hire: Hotel / General Manager (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel / General Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the operations of our hospitality facilities, primarily catering to our employees and guests at our Ludhiana plant. This role requires a strong understanding of operational management, guest services, and efficient resource allocation, leveraging a B.Tech/B.E. educational background for a systematic approach to problem-solving and process improvement within a corporate industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel/guest house, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Oversee food and beverage services, including menu planning, procurement, and quality control.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure optimal team efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support corporate events and employee welfare initiatives.
- Utilize analytical skills developed through a B.Tech/B.E. to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
