This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to apply their understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and quality control in a practical, guest-facing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily housekeeping duties as per established hotel standards, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Understand and apply principles of sanitation and hygiene, drawing upon knowledge gained during M.Pharma studies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and replenish housekeeping supplies, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing waste.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for any maintenance issues and report them to the relevant departments.
- Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy and security.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
