Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR Operations professional with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will support the efficient functioning of the HR department, focusing on various operational aspects to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
- Help in the processing of payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for HR-related services.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
