Immediate Hire: HR Policy & Compliance (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Policy & Compliance professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals, ensuring a compliant and ethical work environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of design thinking and user experience principles, honed through their M.Des background, to create accessible and effective HR frameworks and communication strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance and fairness within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.) and company standards.

Interpret and communicate complex policy information to employees and management, employing user-centric communication strategies.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices to identify potential compliance gaps and risks.

Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and adherence to policy.

Design and deliver training programs on HR policies and compliance for employees at all levels.

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and industry best practices, proactively adapting policies.

Collaborate with legal counsel and external agencies on compliance matters.

Utilize design thinking principles to create user-friendly HR documentation and interfaces.
