Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional with an MBA/PGDM and 2-4 years of experience for an Imaging & Diagnostics - Other role within our organization, based in Bhubaneshwar. This role will involve contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements related to diagnostic services and imaging technologies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the diagnostics and imaging sector to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance the efficiency and profitability of diagnostic services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance metrics, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Support the procurement and implementation of new imaging and diagnostic technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for new service offerings.
- Monitor patient feedback and operational performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
