Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to support decision-making.
- Develop performance metrics and track progress against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.

- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to understand and optimize processes related to pharmaceutical IT solutions or compliance if applicable.
