Immediate Hire: Inventory Controller (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: V Creations is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller with a strong understanding of supply chain principles, ideally with a background in LLM (Large Language Model) applications for data analysis and process optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's inventory of film assets, production materials, and related items to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing losses within our Thiruvananthapuram operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all storage locations, ensuring sufficient stock for production and distribution needs.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with inventory records.
- Utilize LLM-based tools to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and forecast future demand.
- Implement strategies to reduce inventory discrepancies, waste, and obsolescence.
- Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items, especially sensitive film assets.
- Generate regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and potential issues.
- Collaborate with production, distribution, and finance departments to align inventory management with business objectives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to inventory management systems and processes, leveraging analytical capabilities from LLM training.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
