Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Management professional with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of pharmaceutical products and related materials to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain within the media and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all pharmaceutical goods and supplies using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent stockouts and minimize overstocking.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure efficient movement of goods.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Track and manage expiry dates of pharmaceutical products, ensuring proper rotation (FEFO - First Expiry, First Out).
- Generate regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical inventory management.
