Immediate Hire: Investment Banking Analyst (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law and its application in financial transactions, coupled with financial modeling and valuation skills. You will play a crucial role in supporting senior bankers in executing a variety of transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and advisory services for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal and financial due diligence for M&A transactions, capital raising, and other corporate finance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and financial models for client meetings and deal execution.
- Perform valuation analysis, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
- Draft and review legal documentation related to transactions, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and investment agreements, ensuring compliance with Indian corporate and securities laws.
- Support senior bankers in deal origination, client relationship management, and transaction negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and economic factors affecting our clients and the investment banking landscape.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, auditors, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
