Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical professional with a Master's in Design (M.Des) and 2-3 years of experience to join our Investment Banking, Private Equity & VC team. In this role, you will contribute to strategic financial decisions, M&A activities, and fundraising efforts within the rapidly growing EdTech sector. Your design thinking and analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating investment opportunities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis for potential investment targets in the EdTech space.

Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums.

Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and investments.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify innovative business models and strategic opportunities.

Support fundraising activities and investor relations.

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess strategic initiatives and partnerships.
