This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience who can bridge the gap between pharmaceutical knowledge and IT solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within our chemical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current IT systems and processes within our chemical manufacturing environment, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Leverage your B.Pharma knowledge to understand and address specific IT needs of our pharmaceutical intermediates and specialty chemicals divisions.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on areas such as data management, process automation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to gather requirements and ensure successful IT project delivery.
- Provide technical consultation and support to end-users, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Research and recommend new technologies and best practices relevant to the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
- Contribute to IT project planning, execution, and monitoring.
