We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Project Lead with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing IT projects within the pharmaceutical domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Pharma graduate with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management to grow their career in the intersection of technology and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects related to pharmaceutical operations, R&D, or manufacturing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Support in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Document project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations and internal company policies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members.
Gain hands-on experience in project management tools and methodologies.
