Immediate Hire: Landscape Architect (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of landscape projects within our corporate facilities, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability of our sites. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of landscape principles, coupled with strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the conceptualization and development of landscape designs for corporate campuses, recreational areas, and other company properties.
Prepare detailed landscape plans, including planting schemes, irrigation layouts, hardscape designs, and site grading.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., civil engineering, facilities management) and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess existing conditions, and identify potential issues.
Research and select appropriate plant materials and hardscape elements suitable for the local climate and environmental conditions.
Contribute to the preparation of project budgets, proposals, and tender documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and environmental standards.
Assist in the procurement of materials and supervision of contractors.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Support the development of sustainable landscape practices and green initiatives within the company.
