Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Layout Engineer with a strong understanding of legal frameworks and property development to join our team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent LLB graduate eager to apply their legal acumen to the practical aspects of real estate layout planning and execution. You will work closely with senior engineers and legal teams to ensure compliance and efficient project development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of site layouts, ensuring adherence to local zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct preliminary legal research on land titles, property documents, and development rights for potential project sites.
- Collaborate with architects and town planners to translate conceptual designs into executable layout plans.
- Support the legal team in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from government authorities.
- Review and interpret legal documents related to land acquisition and development agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of layout plans, legal documentation, and project progress.
- Assist in site visits and surveys to verify existing conditions and proposed layouts.
