Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Trainer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a passion for developing leadership capabilities within our organization, specifically within the context of the Indian Railways industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the strategic objectives of Siemens India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive leadership training modules tailored to the needs of employees at various levels, with a focus on the railway sector.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align training initiatives with business goals and identify emerging leadership development needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning principles.
- Leverage your MCA background to potentially incorporate technology-driven learning solutions and data analysis for training effectiveness.
- Contribute to building a strong leadership pipeline within the organization.
