We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility Associate. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree looking to gain experience in the critical area of professional conduct and risk management within the pharmaceutical sector. You will work closely with senior legal counsel to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the review and investigation of potential professional misconduct or malpractice claims.
Conduct preliminary research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents pertaining to professional responsibility.
Support the legal team in drafting responses to inquiries and managing documentation related to professional liability.
Help in developing and implementing training materials on professional ethics and compliance for employees.
Maintain accurate records and databases of legal and professional conduct matters.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
