We are seeking a diligent and organized Legal Operations professional with 2-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will support the legal department in streamlining operations, managing legal processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role is crucial in optimizing the delivery of legal services within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the legal department's budget, vendor relationships, and technology solutions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of legal workflows and document management systems.
- Organize and track legal contracts, compliance documents, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on various legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in managing litigation support and discovery processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the electronics manufacturing sector in India.
- Help in developing and enforcing internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve legal operational efficiency.
