Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree to join our Legal Operations team. This role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal department by leveraging technology and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of operational workflows, data analysis, and technology solutions, with a keen interest in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and management of legal technology solutions (e.g., contract management systems, e-discovery tools).
- Analyze legal process workflows and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Assist in managing external legal service providers and tracking performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards for legal department leadership.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making related to legal spend, risk, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Finance) to ensure seamless integration of legal operations.
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives within the legal department.
- Stay updated on legal tech trends and best practices relevant to investment banking.
