Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Life Skills / ECA Teacher with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a passion for holistic development and extracurricular activities. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that foster essential life skills and encourage participation in a variety of extracurricular activities for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for life skills and extracurricular activities.
- Facilitate interactive sessions focusing on communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
- Organize and supervise a range of extracurricular activities such as arts and crafts, sports, drama, and general knowledge quizzes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with school administration and other staff to align ECA programs with educational goals.
- Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a safe learning space.
- Stay updated with best practices in life skills education and extracurricular activity planning.
